Abstract :
We perform numerical simulations to investigate the apsidal motion in the planetary systems, v Andromedae, HD 12661 and 55 Cancri. The first two systems are in symmetric apsidal librations about 0° and 180° respectively, and the last appears to be in an asymmetric Δω-libration. We underline that the apsidal librations do play a significant role in maintaining the stability of the planetary systems.
