Proposed revision to the Hall-Petch Relationship for single-phase imperfect polycrystals

A revised Hall-Petch Relationship, made by adding new microparameters, is proposed. These parameters, representing the contribution of dislocations, can be obtained from the analysis of the X-ray diffraction profile. The flow stresses calculated at various strain stages according to the equation coincide very well with the measured data.
