Comments on "Dewey, Peirce, and the Learning Paradox"

This is an interesting and well-written paper, and Iʹd like to see it published. However, my recommendation for publication is conditional. The paper needs more than minor revisions, but Iʹm not sure that the required revisions are major. Some, I think, are essential; others are recommended.
