Application on idea of dynamic design in Qinghai–Tibet Railway construction

The dynamic design method is essentially the evolving process of various information, it consists of dynamic design and information construction. It is a new technology of increasing use. Because of the nature of the complexity of Qinghai–Tibet Railway construction, the dynamic design and information construction were used tentatively. Based on the processes of Qinghai–Tibet Railway construction, the present paper discussed and analyzed the idea of dynamic design and its applications. Meanwhile, in response to various problems that develop in the process of design and construction, some principles and suggestions of reinforced measurements were put forward. Though the work of construction and design being carried through, good effect has already been obtained in applying those technologies.
