Abstract :
Nowadays,becoming increasingly more complex of organizations and increasing the amount of unethical and illegal works in work environments attract managersʹ and leadersʹ attention to create and maintain the work ethical climate in all organizations. One of main factors in forming inter-organizational communications and the conditions of employees is ethical climate which has a considerable effect on organizational productivity. Ethical climate represents individualsʹ perceptions from their organization and has an effect on their attitude and behavior. Also, good ethical climate in organization can create an climate for innovating and leads to encouragement of creativity and innovation in organization and therefore influences the marketing operation of organization.In this study, the effect of organizationʹs ethical climate on marketing operation considering tomediator role of innovation has been examined. The current research regarding to the aim is applied and practical one and its method is descriptive surveying. Because of limitation of statistical society (76 persons), the experts of Isfahan Mobarake Steel Factory have been examined as the whole of statistical society. Information gathering tool is a questionnaire with 20 questions. The Cronbachʹs Alpha computed for the organizationʹs ethical climate variable is 0.790, marketing operation is 0.758 and innovation variable is 0.914.
Hypotheses tests have been done by Smart PLS Software and the results show that both hypotheses have a direct and significant relationship with organizationʹs ethical climate.
