Abstract
Three new electron cyclotron emission (ECE) systems will be installed at TEXTOR: a 16-channel ECE imaging diagnostic, a 16-channel radiometer, with frequency-tunable local oscillators in the second down-conversion step, and a 4-channel second harmonic radiometer that will be used in combination with an already available third harmonic system. The new diagnostics, in combination with the systems already present at TEXTOR offer unique measurement capabilities. In this paper, all the three systems along with their diagnostic potential will be described.
