Comments and modifications on: “Adaptive CMAC neural control of chaotic systems with a PI-type learning algorithm” [Expert Systems with Applications 36 (2009) 11836–11843]

In the above Letter, the authors proposed an adaptive CMAC neural control (ACNC) system with a PI-type learning algorithm and applied it to control the chaotic systems. However, there are a few errors in the proof of the stability. In this letter, a modified control law is proposed and the corresponding proof is given.
