Abstract :
Luminescence facilities in Sendai and Madrid are being developed as complementary systems to enable radiation induced material modification and degradation to be observed during irradiation. The characteristics of the systems, and initial results for proton and electron beam induced luminescence in three different types of SiC are presented.
