Investigating the impact of intellectual capital on organizational performance of hospitals of kashan university of medical sciences

This study aims to investigate the impact of intellectual capital components on organizational performance in hospitals of Kashan University of Medical Sciences. The population is all directors, managers, assistants and administrative officers of financial and in hospitals of Kashan University of Medical Sciences. The sample group was of 59 people that selected using simple random sampling. The research instruments included a 95-item questionnaire of intellectual capital and a 10-question questionnaire of organizational performance. The collected data from questionnaires were analyzed using Pearsonʹs correlation coefficient and simultaneous regression analysis. The results of the data indicated that there is a significant and positive relationship between level of human capital, structural capital and customer capital and organizational performance level in hospitals of Kashan University of Medical Sciences (P?0.01). Also, the results of regression analysis showed that the organizational performance has been able to predict among the three components of intellectual capital, structural capital and organizational performance (P?0.01). Finally, we provide suggestions to enforce the intellectual capital and consequently increasing the organizational performance.
