Abstract :
Some Lie algebra analogues of Schurʹs theorem and its converse are presented. As a result, it is shown that for a capable Lie algebra $L$ we always have $\dim L/Z(L)\leq2(\dim(L^2))^2$. < We also give > some examples supporting our results.
