Abstract :
Human resource as the most important organizational resource, would be used efficiently to manage strategically. The successful point of the organizations is in strategic plans with key role in human resource. The strategic approach in managing human resource is equal to use new methods and techniques to react proper reaction against instable environment and cooperate the human resource to gain the competition advantages. The present study is done by observing the simple and multiple relation of the management performance and plans in human resource strategic management (employment, education, collaboration, performance assessment and reward) and occupational creativity. In present research 208 staffs of Pasargad Sanat Shargh Co. are observed with stratified random sampling, commensurate with the size of the study. This study regarding the method of data collection and analysis is descriptive-correlational. To collect data from human resource management strategic management plans a self-made occupational creativity questionnaire is made. The result of present research show that: there is positive and meaningful relation between human resource strategic plans and job creativity. Also the results from the regression analysis show: among human resource strategic plan aspects, employment aspect, collaboration, performance assessment and reward are meaningful predictor to the job creativity. Human resource strategic plans include: employment, training, collaboration, performance assessment and reward had positive relation with job creativity and influenced the creation of job creation.
