Abstract :
Study of indicators of human resources improves the understanding of researchers in human resource management about the relations between human capital, human resources and company performance. In this regard, one of the key discussions that have still remained ambiguous is to understand processes and mechanisms through which measures of human resource management affect organizationʹs performance. It seems that considering the importance of organizationʹs strategy (in different functions) and their direct effect on its performance, indicators of human resources and organizational behavior are among the issues that can have a significant effect on the influence of measures taken by human resource management on organizationʹs performance. The basic goal of this research is to study the effect of indicators of human resources and organizational behavior on the organizationʹs performance. In this way, one main hypothesis and three sub-hypotheses have been defined. Statistical community of study is Rahyaft Novin Company which was active during the conduction of research (2015). Statistical sample includes 195 individuals of company staff who were selected by suing stratified random sampling method. The results obtained from data analysis indicate that existence of an effect between the indicators of special human resources and competition-oriented organizational behavior and also between the strategy of committed human resource and strategies of human-oriented capital and customer-oriented organizational behavior will increase organizationʹs performance. On the whole, the results obtained from this research indicate that indicators of human resources and organizational behavior have a significant effect on organizationʹs performance.
