Abstract :
According to the mentioned points, the importance of knowledge sharing and identification of cases, patterns and effective behaviors are very important in today’s organizations. One of these cases that seems has a determinant role on the level of knowledge sharing, is organizational commitment behavior. This research is a descriptive- analytic study and correlation type. The populations under study are 62 staffs in Rahavaran Fonoon Petroshimi Co. The tool of data collection is a questionnaire which includes 3 parts of Demographic features, Allen and Meyer’s organizational commitment (24 questions) and Knowledge sharing (26 questions). The data in this study analyzed by SPSS software version 20 or descriptive statistics. In this study continuous organizational commitment has the maximum value and normative organizational commitment have the value of the average 2.97. The level of staffs’ organizational commitment and emotional commitment and staffs’ continuous commitment are more than the average. The level of staffs’ normative commitment and the level of staffs’ knowledge sharing are less than the average. Also results show that there is a significant and positive relationship between organizational commitment and knowledge sharing. There is also a significant relationship between emotional commitment and knowledge sharing and between continuous commitment and knowledge sharing. There is no significant relationship between normative commitment and knowledge sharing.
