Abstract :
Organizational conditions forced managers to exhibit specific reactions. Since human behavior is influenced by complex mental, biologic, social and economic variables, managers should employ power resources with the knowledge of cited issues which increase the efficiency in organizations. The main purpose of this study is investigating the effect of managers’ power on the organizational efficiency in Sazeh Gostar Novin Ara Co. For this purpose, after the introduction and literature review, we address the issues and provide research model and then identify the relationship and provide the conceptual model. In this study, we used survey method and questionnaire technique to collect data. The statistic samples are selected 129 persons by using Morgan’s Table. Also the Cronbach’s Alpha has been used to measure the reliability of data which is 0.87 in this study. In the following, we have used SPSS software and correlation and binomial tests to test the hypothesis. In the end, we have provided discussion and conclusion. It can be stated at 95% confidence level that manager’s power resources effect on the organizational efficiency. Also the power of reward, law and expertise effect on the organizational efficiency and the power of constraint and authority have no effect on the organizational efficiency.
