مقدمه: روش تدريس مناسب از مهم‌ترين پايه‌هاي كيفيت بخشي محسوب مي شود. بسياري از روان‌شناسان تربيتي اعتقاد دارند موقعيت يادگيري بايد چنان سازمان‌دهي شود كه هر شاگرد بر اساس توانايي‌هاي خود به فعاليت بپردازذ. ايجاد محيط‌هاي آموزش الكترونيك شاهدي بر اين مدعاست. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسي تاثير الگوي طراحي آموزشي اي‌دي‌دي‌آي‌اي، تحليل، طراحي، توليد، اجرا و ارزيابي با رويكرد يادگيري الكترونيكي بر انگيزه پيشرفت دانش آموزان پايه سوم متوسطه بود. روش‌: روش پژوهش نيمه تجربي بود. جامعه آماري، متشكل از 2477 نفر از دانش‌آموزان پايه سوم متوسطه آموزش و پرورش ناحيه يك شهرستان ساري در سال تحصيلي 92-1391 بود كه با روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي چندمرحله‌اي، دو كلاس با 49 نفر انتخاب و به‌صورت جايگزيني تصادفي در دو گروه آزمايش (26) و كنترل (23) قرارگرفتند. براي گردآوري داده‌ها، از آزمون استاندارد انگيزه پيشرفت هرمنس (1970) و آزمون محقق‌ساخته زبان انگليسي استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با آمار توصيفي و آزمون تحليل كوواريانساز طريق نرم افزار spss نسخه 19 انجام شد. نتايج: نتايج نشان داد ميانگين نمره‌هاي گروه آزمايش نسبت به گروه گواه، از سطح بالاتري برخوردار است (01/0=? > P). همچنين استفاده از الگوي طراحي آموزشي با رويكرد يادگيري الكترونيكي بر انگيزه پيشرفت دانش‌آموزان پايه سوم متوسطه در درس زبان انگيسي تاثير دادشته است. نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به تاثير الگوي طراحي آموزشي بر افزايش انگيزه دانش‌آموزان، به نظر مي‌رسد استفاده از اين شيوه آموزشي در آموزش و پرورش مفيد است.

Introduction: An appropriate teaching method is the most important bases of quality. Several psychologists believe that learning opportunities should be organized so that each student can engage in activities based on their ability. Establishing an e-learning environment (Analysis) (ADDIE) is a proof of this claim. This study is aimed at investigating the effect of educational design model on evaluation, implementation, development, and design with the focus of e-Learning on the achievement motivation of students at the third grade of high school. Methods: This study employed quasi-experimental methods. 2477 students from third grade in high school of education office in Sari, region 1 in the 2012-2013 academic year. Using multi stage cluster sampling method, two classes with sample size of 49 students were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group (26 persons) and control group (23 persons). For data collection, Hermans achievement motivation test (1970) and researcher made questionnaire in English course were utilized. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive and Analysis of covariance statistics (ANCOVA). Results: Results showed that the use of educational design model (P? > =0.01), with the focus of e-Learning enhances the achievement motivation of students at the third grade of high school in English course. Conclusion: Because of the influence of educational design model to increase student motivation, it seems that using this teaching method is useful in education.
