Investigation of the Relationship of Learning, Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship with Empowerment

The purpose of this study was to review learning, creativity, entrepreneurship, innovatiodiscussions and the effect of these items on empowerment. The present research study waapplied with regard to purpose and was a survey with regard to data collection method. Thepopulation of this study included 73 students supported by Imam Khomeini ReliCommittee of Amol. A researcher-made questionnaire was use to collect the data of the studyand Cronbachʹs Alpha Coefficient was used to investigate the reliability of variables which was estimated as 0.85. SPSS 19 and Pearson Test were used to test the hypotheses of the study. All the hypotheses of the study were confirmed and the results showed that there is significant positive relationship between the afore-mentioned factors and empowermenand learning and creativity had the highest (0.72) and lowest (0.49) correlationcoefficients respectively.
