The Performance Evaluation of Islamic Azad University, Shush center Via Balanced Scored Card

Performance evaluation of economic units has been as one of the main concerns of managers and directors of these units since a long time ago. In the past, the success of the organizations was evaluated only on the basis of financial measures. But with increasing competition in the market, the other aspects of organizational performance in addition to financial measures should also be considered. In this study, the performance of the Islamic Azad University of Shoush was evaluated using the balanced scorecard in different dimensions, utilizing measures specified in the developed model of the study. These measures cover different dimensions including financial, staff, training and students; in this study, Studentʹs t-test and SPSS software are used to analyze the data. The findings show that the performance of Islamic Azad University of Shoush center has been favorable in four dimensions of Balanced Scorecard including financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth during 2015.
