Abstract :
One of the important aspects of todayʹs organizations for gaining competitive advantage effectiveness in development of organizational knowledge and knowledge management is intentional organizational forgetting. The aim of this research is to study on effect of transformational leadership method on intentional organizational forgetting in Saz&Bast Zarin Company. In this survey, data collection was done by means of questionnaire. Standard questioner of Bass avolio for transformational leader ship and De Holan for intentional organizational forgetting has been used. Statistical society of researcher is 100 employees, including managers and personnel. The evaluation of the model was performed by applying confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. LIESREL software was employed for data analysis. The result revealed that transformational leadership have positive and valuable effect on intentional organizational forgetting.
