Abstract :
The prosperous social life depends on many humanistic parameters of which the effects of organizational virtuousness and psychological capital are of paramount importance. The employees’ creativity of Tehran Water and Wastewater Company (ABFA), zone 3 of 6 zones respectively in the city is to be aimed at. The study population is all the employee zone 3 of ABFA in 2016, using random sampling method .Then 186 employees have been selected to participate in this study. To collect data, the measures of organizational virtuousness with five dimensions: optimism ,confidence ,compassion ,integrity and forgiveness; psychological capital with four dimensions: self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resiliency are employed; ultimately , four-dimensional of employees ‘ creation: the idea, pondering the idea, the idea of openness and encourage exploration (exploring the idea) and listen to the inner voice have been used. Data from the questionnaires and multiple regression are analyzed via using software SPSS23.The results shows that psychological capital and organizational virtuousness with three Optimism indices of compassion, integrity, and honesty have positive and increasing coefficients on individual creativity. The analysis also demonstrates a significant level of five percent with variable dimensions of psychological capital, optimism, compassion and honesty obtained via organizational virtuousness.
