Abstract :
This study aimed to investigate the effect of organizational culture, information technology and knowledge management on organizational innovation in Pasargad San’at Shargh Co. The populations of this study were managers, assistants, supervisors and IT experts. 167 people participated in this study. The collected data through survey method were analyzed by structural equation modeling method. The results show that organizational culture and IT have a positive and significant effect on knowledge management and innovation and influence directly and indirectly on organizational innovation. In addition, knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on organizational innovation. The results of this study provide approaches by which managers can improve innovative performance.
