Abstract :
The present research is looking for clarification of an important matter, but almost negligible on the subject of environmental business Strategy and literature flows related to international trade and the competitive advantage is regarded and considers marketing, research and development, production, human resources, purchase and financial variables on the competitive advantage of product and competitive advantage of cost leading. The method of present research is descriptive - survey and the tools for collecting data is questionnaire. Statistical society for this research is the experts of export department of pharmaceutical companies all over the city of Tehran. The sampling procedure in this study is ranking and simple random and the volume of the subject on the basis of the table of Morgan is determined to be as 175 individuals. For data analysis software pack of SPSS copy version 20 and software pack of SmartPLS copy version 2.0 has been used and the results indicate that financial, production, and purchase are effective on the competitive advantage of cost leading export and the human resources, financial, marketing, production and purchase are effective on the competitive advantage of export product distinctiveness
