Information and communication Technology and knowledge management in higher education system

مقدمه: با توجه به اهميت مديريت دانش در دانشگاه ها اكثر صاحبنظران معتقدند كه يكي از عوامل مهم بر موفقيت مديريت دانش استفاده از فناوري‌هاي اطلاعات و ارتباطات مي باشد. با توجه با اهميت اين موضوع هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر شناسايي عوامل فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات موثر بر مديريت دانش در نظام آموزش عالي مي باشد. روش: اين پژوهش از نوع كيفي است كه با روش تحليل محتوا و با مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختار يافته با خبرگان دانشگاهي دانشگاه هاي دولتي شهر تهران و با روش نمونه گيري هدفمند در سال 1395 انجام شده است. با استفاده از تحليل داده‌هاي حاصل از مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختاريافته و نيز با الهام از پيشينه پژوهش در مجموع شاخص هاي موثر بر استفاده بهينه از فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات براي مديريت دانش شناسايي شد و مفاهيم در قالب مقوله‌هاي اصلي و فرعي سازماندهي شد. نتايج: بر اساس نتايج كدگذاري و تحليل محتواي طبقه‌اي، زيرساخت‌هاي سخت‌افزاري و نرم‌افزاري، دسترسي به بانك‌هاي اطلاعاتي دانشگاه‌ها و مراكز معتبر علمي، شبكه هاي الكترونيكي دانش، دسترسي به فناوري‌هاي جديد براي جستجو، بازيابي، ذخيره، تبادل و پردازش دانش و تسلط بر نرم‌افزارهاي مرتبط به عنوان عوامل فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات موثر بر مديريت دانش در نظام آموزش عالي شناخته شدند كه هر دسته چندين زير مجموعه فرعي را شامل مي شوند. نتيجه گيري: براي استفاده از يافته هاي اين پژوهش در عمل، پيشنهاد مي شود رويكرد استقرار نظام مديريت دانش بر اساس يافته هاي حاضر در محيط هاي دانشگاهي مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

Context: Given the importance of knowledge management in university, most scholars believe that the key to the success of knowledge management is the capacities information and communication technology provides in this field. Thus, the present article aims to identify effective factors of information and communication technology on knowledge management in higher education. Method: This is a qualitative study conducted by content analysis and semi-structured interviews with academics from state universities in Tehran as well as objective sampling in the year 2016. Using an analysis of data resulting from semi-structured interviews and a review of research background effective factors of optimal use of communication and information technology were identified. Then, they were classified into main and additional categories. Results: Results from encoding and categorical content analysis suggest that hardware and software infrastructures, access to academic databases electronic networks, access to new knowledge research, retrieval, storage, exchange and processing technologies and mastery over related software are regarded as effective factors of information and communication technology on knowledge management in higher education system. Each category covers several subsets. Conclusion: In order to apply the findings of the present research in practice, it is suggested that the establishment of knowledge management system approach should be valued in academic environments.
