Assess how the establishment of Blended Learning using the ISO 10015 in Tabriz Health Centers

مقدمه: روش‌هاي مختلفي براي استقرار آموزش‌هاي تلفيقي وجود دارد. چگونگي استقرار و نحوه بهره‌گيري از مدل‌هاي اين چنيني استفاده از مدل‌هاي علمي را مي‌طلبد. مقاله حاضر به بررسي وضعيت استقرار نظام آموزش تلفيقي مبتني بر رويكرد ايزو 10015 در مركز بهداشت تبريز پرداخته است. روش: اين پژوهش توصيفي? پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري، كليه كاركنان شاغل مركز بهداشت تبريز در سال 1395 بود و حجم نمونه با استناد به جدول مورگان 285 نفر برآورد شد. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته در مقياس ليكرت 5 نمره اي و شامل 63 گويه جهت بررسي استقرار نظام آموزش تركيبي در مراحل نيازسنجي، طراحي، اجرا و ارزشيابي بود. روايي ابزار توسط متخصصان تاييد شده و ضريب پايايي آن 95/0 بدست آمد. براي تجزيه‌ و تحليل اط?عات از آمارهاي توصيفي و آزمون تي مستقل استفاده شد. نتايج: ميانگين محاسبه‌ شده از عوامل نيازسنجي 34/0±20/2، طراحي41/0±1/2، اجرا 59/0±35/2 و ارزشيابي48/0±35/2 براي پياده‌سازي آموزش‌هاي تلفيقي بود و كم‌تر از ميانگين مفروض شده (3) بود و اين تفاوت از لحاظ آماري معنادار بود. نتيجه‌گيري: يافته‌هاي پژوهش مي‌تواند به‌عنوان مبنايي براي ارزيابي وضعيت استقرار نظام آموزش‌هاي تلفيقي مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

Background: there are numerous ways that blended learning. Appropriate and reasonable for the establishment of such methods, the use of scientific methods is essential. The aim of this study was to Assess how the establishment of Blended Learning using the ISO 10015 in Tabriz Health Centers. Method: The Statistical population of this descriptive survey included all of the Health staffs of Tabriz Health Center in 2016 and the sample size was set at 285 using Morgan table. Data collection tool was a 63-item researcher-made questionnaire in the five-point Likert scale based on the requirements of ISO10015. It measured feasibility assessment, design, implementation and evaluation of blended learning. The questionnaire’s validity was assessed by experts and its validity was calculated by Cronbach’s alpha as 0.95. Descriptive statistics and One Sample T test were used to analyze data. Results: Assess how the establishment of Blended Learning indicates that The mean scores were calculated for needs assessment at 2.20±0.34, design at 2.1±0.41, implementation at 2.35±0.59, evaluation at 2.35±0.48 for the implementation of blended learning which all were less the expected mean (3) and this difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001). Conclusion: These results could be used as the basis of evaluation for providing appropriate infrastructure for the establishment of blended learning.
