Supply Chain Logistics Management Using Permutation Method (Case Study: Ramak Dairy Company)

The resources available for organizations are limited, unfortunately, most of the companies and institutions due to lack of suitable priority of attributes and criteria, are not able to determine the correct arrangement of their needed products, services, equipment by providers to allocate resources. In today’s world most of the issues which are provided to the managers and even everyday routines of each one of us involves various dimensions and with several criteria are formulated. In this paper design principles and correct and cost effective performance of supply chain with logistics management and following that depends on the transport system management. Ramak dairy company regarding the criteria in transportation of its products and equipment faced hesitations which we provided them the required guidance and solutions. The results were established on using aircraft, ships and rail road regarding the criteria of managers and their polled through Delphi method sequentially are in priority.
