Abstract :
Xylanase, laccase and manganese peroxidase (MnP) were produced and optimized by three strains of white rot fungi Phanerochaete sordida MRL3, Lentinus pigrinus MRL6 and Poliporus caliatus MRL7. These strains were initially isolated from wood decaying samples and then screened on minimal salt media,xylanase activities for the above strains were 55, 77.4 and 64.8 IU/mL, respectively. In addition, laccase activities were 80.65, 112.91 and 101.61 U/L, respectively. The activities forMnP were 123, 182.6 and 106.6 U/L, respectively. The maximum xylanase activity was observed at pH: 5.0, 30°C after 216 hours of incubation period. The maximum activities were 272.7, 278.52 and 292.8 IU/mL and the total protein was 1.24, 1.2 and 1.16 mg/mL, respectively. The maximum laccase activity was observed after 192-216 hours of incubation period, at pH: 5.0 on 30°C, the activities were 483.9, 516.4 and 459.67 U/L and the total protein 1.03, 1.2 and 1 mg/ml, respectively. The MnP activities were observed after 192-216 hours, at pH: 5.0 on 30°C, the activities were 588.66, 645.16 and 585.27 U/L and the total protein 1, 1.1 and 0.96 mg/mL, respectively.

در اين تحقيق، زايلاناز، laccase و پراكسيداز منگنز ( MNP ) توسط سه گونه از قارچ پوسيدگي سفيد Phanerochaete MRL3 sordida ،MRL6 pigrinus Lentinus و MRL7 caliatus Poliporus توليد و بهينه سازي شد . در ابتدا اين گونه از نمونه هاي چوب پوسيده جدا شد و پس از آن در محيط كشت هايي با حداقل نمك غربالگري شده اند، فعاليت هاي زايلاناز براي .باشد مي 112.91 U/L و، 101.61 ،80.65 ،laccase هاي فعاليت، اين بر علاوه . بود 64.8 IU/mL و 77.4 ،55 بالا هاي سويه ميزان فعاليت براي منيزيم اكسيد 123 ،6.182 و 6.106 مي باشد. حداكثر فعاليت زايلاناز در pH ،5 ، و دماي C °30 بعد از 216 ساعت از گرمخانه گذاري مشاهده شده است. حداكثر فعاليت 7.272 ،52.278 و mL/IU 8.292 و پروتئين كل 24.1 ،2.1 و 16.1 mL/mg بود. فعاليت حداكثر laccase بعد از 192-216 ساعت از دوره كمون، مشاهده شد در pH ،5 و دماي C °30 ، فعاليت ،ساعت 216-192 از بعد MNP هاي فعاليت . بود 1 mg/mL و 1.2 ،1.03 پروتئين مجموع و بود 459.67 U/L و 516.4 ،483.9 و 1.1 ، 1 پروتئين مجموع و بود 585.27 U/L و 645.16 ،588.66 هاي فعاليت، شد مشاهده 30 °C دماي و ، 5 ،pH در . 0.96 mg/mL بود
