  • Abstract
Implication for health policy/practice/research/medical education: Preserving residual kidney function (RKF) is an important goal among end-stage kidney failure (ESKF) patients and it has been increasingly incriminated to be important in maintaining fluid balance, removal of middle molecular uremic toxins, nutritional condition and well-being of patients on dialysis. Therefore more attention should be focused on preserving RRF even after patients are started on dialysis
