Abstract :
A series of novel 6-(4-benzylpiperidin-1-yl)-4-amino/benzylamino/phenylamino /phenoxy-pyrimidine derivatives were prepared by using different aliphatic amine, cyclic amines, benzyl amines, anilines and phenols. All the synthesized compounds (6a-6j, 7a-7c and 8a-8d) were evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal activity.
