  • Abstract
A double left anterior descending coronary artery originating from the left and right coronary arteries is a rare congenital coronary artery anomaly. In the present report, we describe a patient with a double left anterior descending coronary artery arising from the left and right coronary arteries. To our knowledge, only a limited number of such cases have been reported in the literature so far.
