Abstract :
Objectives- To provide a reference anatomy of the thoracic cavity vessels of the Rayini goat by using Computed tomography. Design- Experimented study. Animals- Five healthy Rayini goat. Procedures- Spiral CT images (with and without contrast media) were acquired from the thoracic region perpendicular to long axis of the body. CT windows were adjusted as necessary to have optimized images of the vessels. The images were studied serially and compared anatomically with two dissected goat. Results- Caudal and cranial vena cavae, descending aorta, brachiocephalic and subclavian arteries, costocervical and azygos veins, internal thoracic vessels and pulmonary trunk, arteries and veins were distinguished and addressed according to the thoracic vertebrae as landmarks. Conclusions and clinical relevance- Identification of the thoracic vessels, their precise position and related structures is important in therapeutic or experimental surgery of this region. Moreover differential diagnosis of space filled abnormalities need to know the anatomy of normal structures. ﻫﺪف-ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﻳﻚ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻛﺎﻟﺒﺪﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻲ از ﻋﺮوق ﻗﻔﺴﻪ ﺳﻴﻨﻪ ﺑﺰ ﻧﮋاد راﻳﻴﻨﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻛﻤﻚ ﻻﻳﻪﻧﮕﺎري راﻳﺎﻧﻪاي. ﻃﺮح ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ- ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻲ. ﺣﻴﻮاﻧﺎت- ﭘﻨﺞ راس ﺑﺰ راﻳﻴﻨﻲ. روش ﻛﺎر- ﺗﺼﺎوﻳﺮ ﺳﻲ ﺗﻲ )ﺑﺎ و ﺑﺪون ﻣﺎده ﺣﺎﺟﺐ( از ﻧﺎﺣﻴﻪ ﻗﻔﺴﻪ ﺳﻴﻨﻪ ﻋﻤﻮد ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤـﻮر ﻃـﻮﻟﻲ ﺑـﺪن ﺗﻬﻴـﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﭘﻨﺠﺮه ﻫﺎي ﺳﻲ ﺗﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮﻋﻲ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﺼﻮﻳﺮ از ﻋﺮوق ﻗﻔﺴﻪ ﺳﻴﻨﻪ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻳﺪ. ﺗﺼﺎوﻳﺮ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻛﺎﻟﺒﺪ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻲ ﺑﺎ دو راس ﺑﺰ ﺗﺸﺮﻳﺢ ﺷﺪه ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ-  ﺑﺰرگ ﺳﻴﺎﻫﺮگ ﻫﺎي ﻗﺪاﻣﻲ و ﺧﻠﻔﻲ، آﺋﻮرت ﻧﺰوﻟﻲ، ﺗﻨﻪ ﺑﺎزوﻳﻲ راﺳﻲ، ﺳﺮﺧﺮگﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺮﻗﻮه اي، ﺳﻴﺎﻫﺮگﻫﺎي ﺳـﻴﻨﻪ اي ﮔﺮدﻧﻲ و آزﻳﮕﻮس، ﻋﺮوق داﺧﻞ ﻗﻔﺴﻪ ﺳﻴﻨﻪ اي و ﺳﺮﺧﺮگ ﻫﺎ، ﺳﻴﺎﻫﺮگ ﻫﺎ و ﺗﻨﻪ ﺷﺸﻲ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻬـﺮه ﻫﺎي ﺳﻴﻨﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﺸﺎﻧﻪ، ﻧﺎﻣﮕﺬاري ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪﮔﻴﺮي و ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ- ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻣﻮﻗﻌﻴﺖ دﻗﻴﻖ ﻋﺮوق ﻗﻔﺴﻪ ﺳﻴﻨﻪ و ارﺗﺒﺎط آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺠـﺎور در ﻣﻮﻓﻘﻴـﺖ ﺟﺮاﺣﻲ اﻳﻦ ﻧﺎﺣﻴﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﻲ دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﺗﻔﺮﻳﻘـﻲ ﺿـﺎﻳﻌﺎت ﻓﻀـﺎﮔﻴﺮ از ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﻃﺒﻴﻌـﻲ ﺳـﻴﻨﻪ، ﻛﺎﻟﺒـﺪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ اﻳﻦ ﻧﺎﺣﻴﻪ از اﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺰاﻳﻲ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮاي اوﻟﻴﻦ ﺑﺎر ﻋﺮوق ﻗﻔﺴﻪ ﺳﻴﻨﻪ ﻳﻚ ﺣﻴﻮان ﻧﺸﺨﻮارﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻛﻤﻚ ﺳﻲ ﺗﻲ اﺳﻜﻦ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ و ﻧﺎﻣﮕﺬاري ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻋﻼوه ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣـﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧـﺪ ﺳـﺒﺐ درك ﺑﻬﺘـﺮي از ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻛﺎﻟﺒﺪ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻲ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﻗﻔﺴﻪ ﺳﻴﻨﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻳﻜﺪﻳﮕﺮ ﮔﺮدد.
