Abstract :
The 11th World Kidney Day will be celebrated on
March 10, 2016, around the globe. This annual
event, sponsored jointly by the International
Society of Nephrology (ISN) and the International
Federation of Kidney Foundations (IFKF), has
become a highly successful effort to inform the
general public and policymakers about the
importance and ramifications of kidney disease.
In 2016, World Kidney Day will be dedicated to
kidney disease in childhood and the antecedents
of adult kidney disease, which can begin in earliest
childhood
