Developing Two Metaheuristics to Solve Radar Signal Clustering

Many classical methods have been proposed for radar signal categorization and radar pulse trains deinterleaving. I this paper we consider the application of competitive learning networks for the purpose of pulse trains deinterleaving. A new competitive learning is also proposed that can operate on-line with the capability of processing an infinitely large number of noisy pulses.
