Abstract :
We introduced a very simple, onepot three component procedure for preparation of 2,4,5triarylimidazoles from the reaction of benzyl, aldehydes and ammonium acetate, as ammonia source, catalyzed by Caro’s acidsilica gel under Solvent –free condition.
