ON MODIFIED ITERATIVE METHOD FOR GENERALIZED EQUILIBRIUM PROBLEMS AND FIXED POINT PROBLEMS

In this paper, we present a new iterative method for finding a common element of the set of solutions of generalized equilibrium problems and the set of fixed points of a strict pseudocontractive mapping. Furthermore, we prove that the proposed iterative method has strong convergence under some mild conditions imposed on algorithm parameters.
