Abstract :
In this paper a general fixed point theorem for a pair of mappings satisfying an implicit relation is proved. This theorem generalizes and improves Theorem 2.1 [19], removing the assumption of weak reciprocally continuity, relaxing the compatibility R-weakly commutativity of type (Af) or (Ag) to weak continuity and replacing the completeness of the space with completeness of a subspace.
