Abstract :
Since the electric motor of pure electric vehicle replaced the engine, the "masking effect" disappears,
and the problem of vibration and noise of the transmission becomes prominent. This is generated
during the gear meshing and is transmitted to the housing through the shaft and bearing. Thereby,
radiation noise of the housing are generated. The prediction and analysis of the vibration and noise
problems of transmission can be avoided during the design process, which will shorten the
development cycle and reduce the development costs. In this paper, the finite element model and
boundary element model of the three-axis four-speed automated mechanical transmission (AMT) for
pure electric bus were established by Finite Element Method (FEM) and Boundary Element Method
(BEM) for modal and acoustic analysis. The excitation of the gear system is used as the input, and the
direct boundary element method is used to predict the noise of the AMT. The correctness of the
simulation method is verified by the comparing simulation with bench test results.

از آنجا كه موتور الكتريكي خودروهاي الكتريكي خالص جايگزين موتورهاي درون سوز شده است، اثر ماسك" ناپديد مي شود و مشكل لرزش و سرو صداي سيستم انتقال نيرو برجسته مي شود. اين صداها هنگام درگير شدن دنده ها توليد و از
طريق محور و ياتاقان به قاب جعبه دنده منتقل مي شود. به اين ترتيب، نويز تابشي قاب جعبه دنده توليد مي شود. پيش بيني و تحليل مشكلات ارتعاش و سروصداي قاب جعبه دنده را مي توان طي فرايند طراحي بررسي و از آن پرهيز كرده و چرخه ي
طراحي و هزينه هاي توسعه ي محصول را كاهش داد. در اين مقاله، مدل براي يك جعبه دنده ي مكانيكي خودكار يك موتور چهارسرعته ي سه محوره در اتوبوس الكتريكي خالص براي تحليل هاي مودال و آكوستيك به روش اجزاي محدود (BEM) و اجراي مرزي (FEM) طراحي و توليد شد. از تحريك سيستم دنده به عنوان ورودي براي پيش بيني نويز در جعبه دنده ي مكانيكي خودكار استفاده شد. صحت روش شبيه سازي با مقايسه ي نتايج شبيه سازي و نتايج آزمون عملي تاييد شده است.
