Abstract :
This paper considers the problem of observer-based stabilization and observer- based guaranteed cost controller design, for a class of discrete-time nonlinear systems with time- delay. Firstly, by the observer-based controller, some new sufficient conditions for observer-based stabilization of a class of discrete-time nonlinear systems with time-delay are presented. Then, based on the observer-based feedback controller some sufficient conditions, which guarantee that the closed-loop system is globally asymptotically stable and satisfies optimality conditions, are obtained. Finally, two examples are given to show the effectiveness of our proposed approaches
