Abstract
Elevated liver enzymes accompanied by Infectious Mononucleosis syndrome are widely seen in primary Epstein-Barr virus infection
while acute symptomatic hepatitis without typical presentations of EBV is extremely rare. In the following report, we present a patient
with acute isolated hepatitis due to laboratory confirmed Epstein-Barr virus.
