Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of media on employees' selfconfidence and performance in Islamic Azad University of Babol. The statistical population of
this research is all employees of Islamic Azad University of Babol Branch which are 550
people. Of this population, 225 persons have been selected as the sample based on Krejcie &
Morgan table. The research method is descriptive. In this analysis, the path analysis was used
to obtain the validity of the questionnaire from confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the
data analysis indicate that knowledge-based variables, network- based information and
information flow have positive and significant effects on the dependent variable.
