Abstract
In the paper we consider the systems of exponents {exp i (n- (alpah)signn) } n(element of)z, 1(union) {exp i (n- (alpah)signn) t} n(not equel)o, cosines {cos (n-(alpha) ) n(greater than)0 (1 union {cos (n-(alpha) ) n(greater than)1) and sines {sin n-(alpha) ) n(greater than)1) .
