Abstract :
Traditionally, the earthmoving operations have been developed based on the minimum cost per production criterion. Nowadays, due to the negative impacts of the emissions on the environment, there is an increasing public awareness to reduce the emissions from the earthmoving operations. Different management strategies can be employed to reduce emissions, amongst other things, which can also result in a reduction in the operational costs. This paper aims to examine the cost and emissions related to the earthmoving equipment from an operational standpoint. The queue theory is used in order to demonstrate that the optimum cost per production fleet size and the optimum emissions per production coincide. The linear and non-linear server utilization functions are employed to present a general optimization proof independent from any specific case study. The findings of this research work provide a better understanding of the relationship between the emissions and cost and how the undertrucking and over-trucking conditions affect the productivity and environmental affairs in the earthmoving operations

ﻏﺎﻟﺒﺎً ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات ﺑﺮدا ﺷﺖ ﻣﻮاد ﻣﻌﺪﻧﯽ ﻧﺎ ﺷﯽ از اﻧﻔﺠﺎر و ﺧﺎك ﺑﺮ ا ﺳﺎس ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﯽﭘﺬﯾﺮد. اﻣﺮوزه، ﺑﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮات ﻣﺨﺮب آﻻﯾﻨﺪهﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺖ، ﺗﻼش ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﯿﺰان آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﻧﺎﺷﯽ اﯾﻦﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋيﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﯿﺰان آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ، اﻣﺎ در اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن روﺷــﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪﻫﺎي ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺷــﻮد، در اﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽﮔﯿﺮد. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳــﯽ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ و آﻻﯾﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات ﺑﺮدا ﺷﺖ ﻣﻮاد ﻣﻌﺪﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎ ﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﺗﺌﻮري ﺻﻒ ﺑﺮاي ﻧ ﺸﺎن دادن ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﺎ ﺷﯿﻦ آﻻت از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ آﻻﯾﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﺗﻮاﺑﻊ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺧﻄﯽ و ﻏﯿﺮ ﺧﻄﯽ ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺷﻮد ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ از ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ اﺟﺮاﯾﯽ ﺧﺎص ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﯾﺠﺎد درك ﺑﻬﺘﺮي از رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ آﻻﯾﻨﺪﮔﯽ و ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺷﺪه و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﮐﺎري ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮐﺎﻣﯿﻮن ﮐﻤﺘﺮ و ﯾﺎ ﺑﯿ ﺸﺘﺮ از ﻣﯿﺰان ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ، ﭼﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ روي ﻣ ﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ و آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾ ﺴﺖ در ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﺑﺮدا ﺷﺖ ﻣﻮاد ﻣﻌﺪﻧﯽ و خاك برداري تاثير مي گذارد.
