Abstract
The current study reports the optimal cultural parameters for GA3 production by Pseudomonas sp. isolated from wastes of processed olive affected by physiological conditions (incubation temperature, pH of the growth media, incubation period, andincubation conditions). The highest level of gibberellic acid (285.06 mg/l) production was obtained in nutrient broth when the bacteria culture was incubated at 30C for 72 h at pH 7 on rotary shaker and in the dark.
