Abstract :
Objective: This clinical trial was to evaluate and to compare the effectiveness, safety, and side effects of intravaginal misoprostol (prostaglandin E1) with vaginal dinoprostone for cervical ripening and labor induction in Bab E1- Shaariah Hospital.
