Abstract
Stiffness is an uncommon complication after total knee arthroplasty, but at the same time it is a disabling problem for many patients. Outcomes of revision surgery for a stiff knee following arthroplasty have not been well evaluated, to our knowledge. The purpose of this literature is to define prevalence of stiffness after primary total knee replacement and also to evaluate the efficacy of revision surgery for treatment of failed primary total knee replacement.
