  • Abstract
    The present study conducted on 54 females who agreed to provide us the data, and the mean of age for the females was 25 years. Subjects were randomly selected, and conducted in Kuwait, aimed to assess vitamin D status, and evaluate their lifestyle habits. The most of information was obtained during interview using questionnaire which selected information on socioeconomic to assess lifestyle. Data about nutritional status, and health status was collected, and biochemical parameter were assess. Creatinine, albumin, calcium, phosphor, and vitamin D were determinate n Al-Sabah Hospital laboratory, Kuwait. The results revealed that most of subjects (74%) has vitamin D deficient, also results showed that relationship between life style included food habits and the level of vitamin D in blood. The most of studied females didn t expose to sunlight.
