Nasawiya: A New Faction in the Women’s Movement

This article is extracted from an M.A. thesis entitled “Transnational Activism in Lebanon Women’s Movement: Between Fitna, Fawda, and Feminism” prepared by Sandy El-Hage and submitted as part of the requirements of the Master of Arts in International Affairs at the School of Arts and Sciences, the Lebanese American University.
