Abstract :
Objectives: To evaluate Saftey and Efficacy of PVDF Transobturator Vaginal Tape for treatment of Female Stress Urinary Incontinence. Design: Controlled non randomized clinical trial. Setting: Gynecology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Benha University. Patients and Methods: The study was conducted on 20 cases complaining of SUI confirmed urodynamically during the period from January 2014 to October 2015, their age ranged between 25-60 years treated by PVDF transobturator tape. Main Outcomes: Post-operative cure urinary stress incontinence. Results: A statistically significant improvement in the measured parameters in 20 cases complaining of SU γ confirmed urodynantically when comparing pre and post operative mean values.Conclusion: Our results showed that trans-obturator tension-free PVDF tape sling is a feasible, safe, cheap, accurate, quick, and simple surgical procedure for treating SUI.
