Abstract :
In this paper, we investigate the following functional inequality Vert f( x) + f(y) + 2f ((x + y)/2 + z) Vert ≤2 Vert f(x + y + z) Vert in Banach modules over a C*-algebra, and prove the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of additive mappings in Banach modules over a C*-algebra to approximate homomorphisms.
