Abstract :
Today world economy is in pursuit of having a sustainable economy and regenerating the life against the risk of climate change and global warming, which is a natural result of ecocide. Within this context sustainable development means a crucial leap to utilize natural resources more efficiently and to establish a safer life in the future. Green economy has the characteristics of the course of action for a sustainable development. Fiscal policies have a key role for sustainable development during transition to green economy. New Green Order, which constitutes green economy and its framework, claims that all economic activities around the world needs being re-organized for environmental purposes. Therefore, fiscal policies should be reconsidered with a perspective prioritizing environment both in global level and countries level.
