Abstract :
Kluang is an urban area experiencing rapid urbanization with economic activity and population activities. The rapid growth and economic development in the Kluang have influenced voter’s perceptions of political and local and national leadership. In terms of political opinion, 95.0 per cent of respondents support the government in strengthening the national development agenda, and 83.2 percent said the idea of 1 Malaysia: People First, Performance Now is supported and understood by the respondent. From the aspect of public management, 86.3 percent of respondents said the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for elected representatives and the minister is good and influence public support for the government and the policy /changes made by the leadership of Prime Minister in leading the development of the country continue to support the people (80.2 per cent ). Political parties that will be voted on at the next general election is the BN (60.8 percent) and DAP (39.2 percent). Therefore, this article will unleash political views and leadership in the study area.
