Abstract :
After curative treatment of Hodgkin s lymphoma, increased risk of certainsolid tumors has been reported. To best of our knowledge this is the firstreport of metachronous pancreatic adenocarcinoma which developed outsidethe previous radiation field in a patient with relapse Hodgkin s lymphoma.Herein we present an 81-year-old female who developed pancreaticadenocarcinoma four years after the curative treatment of Hodgkin slymphoma.
